What Is a Sublimation Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet is a single printed sheet that holds multiple designs or names packed together — maximizing every inch of printable space so you get more transfers for your money. Each design is cut apart after printing and pressed individually onto your blank items using a heat press.
Sublimation gang sheets use dye-sublimation ink, which bonds permanently with polyester fabrics and poly-coated hard substrates. The result is a vibrant, full-color, no-peel, no-crack transfer that becomes part of the material itself.
Available Sheet Sizes
Choose the sheet size that fits your project. All dimensions are width × height (in inches).
- 11×11 — Great for small runs, pocket designs, or single large prints
- 12×12 — Ideal for a mix of small logos and name drops
- 22×24 — Popular starter size for team or event orders
- 22×36 — Fits a generous mix of full-front and smaller accent prints
- 22×60 — Perfect for larger bulk runs or a variety of sizes in one sheet
- 22×120 — Maximum sheet for high-volume orders and full gang layouts
How to Place Names & Designs on Your Sheet
- Select your sheet size using the size option on this page.
- Add your artwork or names — use the custom fields powered by our options tool to enter names, upload files, or add design notes. Each design should be provided at 300 DPI or higher for the sharpest print.
- Arrange efficiently — pack designs as close together as possible (leaving a small gap between each for cutting). The more efficiently your sheet is laid out, the more you get per sheet.
- Repeat designs freely — you can place the same name or design multiple times on one sheet to get multiples of that transfer.
- Confirm your order — once submitted, our team reviews your layout before printing.
What You Receive
You will receive your printed sublimation gang sheet(s), ready for heat pressing. Transfers are not pre-cut — trimming between designs is done by you after delivery. No blank garments or hard goods are included; this product is the transfer sheet only.
Press your transfers onto 100% polyester or poly-coated items for best results. Performance blends (65% poly or higher) will also work with slight color variation.
Tips for Best Results
- Pre-press your blank for 5 seconds to remove moisture before applying the transfer.
- Use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper as a cover sheet during pressing.
- Follow the heat, time, and pressure settings recommended for your specific blank.
- Store unused transfers flat, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
